Overview
The Vadzo Delivery Portal (VDP) is a secure platform for delivering documents to Vadzo's customers. Vadzo employees select the files to share, every delivery is reviewed through a configurable multi-level approval process, and customers access approved files through their own dedicated portal.
TIP
Files are shared from VSpace, Vadzo's internal file space. A file becomes visible to a customer only after every level of its approval workflow has approved it.
Two portals
VDP provides a separate portal for each type of user. After you sign in, VDP opens the portal that matches your account.
Admin Portal
For Vadzo employees. Onboard customers, share files, review approvals, and manage users, groups, audit logs and support requests.
Customer Portal
For users at customer companies. Browse, preview, organize and download the files shared with you, and contact Vadzo support.
| Admin Portal | Customer Portal | |
|---|---|---|

How delivery works
- Onboard the customer. An admin adds the customer company and its users. Once the request is approved, the customer is activated and its users receive a welcome email.
- Share files. An admin selects files from VSpace, chooses the recipients and submits the share with an approval workflow.
- Review. Approvers review the request level by level and can approve, reject or send back individual files.
- Deliver. When all levels have approved, the files become available in the Customer Portal and the recipients are notified.
- Access. Customers sign in to view, preview and download the files.
- Revoke if required. An admin can withdraw a file from some or all recipients. Revocations are also subject to approval.
INFO
Changes to customers — onboarding, edits and removal — follow the same approval process. No change takes effect until it is approved, regardless of the requester's role.
